Using Article Marketing To Attract Traffic
You can use article marketing to get traffic to your affiliate internet business online. Maybe your effort to make money online is with niche marketing – same thing use your article marketing to drive traffic to your niche websites or blogs.
It has been demonstrated by many internet marketers that article marketing is a great way to get traffic to your web presence. You just use your resource or bio box to target your potential niche customers.
Article marketing is not a difficult process and it will generate traffic to your site. One thing that you have to keep in mind is that traffic from this endeavor is not instantaneous. You have to get your articles out there and then people have to spread your articles all over the internet. Once that is done you will start to see traffic. So the key is to keep submitting articles on a regular basis.
Now I can hear you saying, “But, I can’t write.” Well, you probably can if you will try and just keep after it. But an alternative is to work with a ghostwriter to get your content written.
When writing your content for article marketing make sure that it is related to the topic of your website/blog. Then you place a link in your resource box to direct traffic to your site.
When someone sees your article on the internet and they like your content, they might click on your link and you have traffic.
How will they come across your article? Maybe from one of the search engines. Maybe a website that they visit frequently will pick up your article and when they visit they get to see your article.
Maybe the author of one of the newsletters that they subscribe to will publish your article in his newsletter. Then all of his subscribes will have the opportunity to see your article and click on your link.
So, I hope that you can see that content is important to your article marketing efforts. As your articles get spread around the internet, more and more people will see them. As the people that see your articles get enthuse about what you are saying, many will likely decide that it is worth their effort to click through to your site. It is for sure that only those that consider your content worthwhile will continue to read what you have to say.
Those that like your content and click through will be what is called “targeted” traffic – they are already interested. Your chances for the desired response will be increased by their actions.
Article marketing can be a very successful tool and should be in your arsenal of methods to increase the traffic to your affiliate internet business online. Using this method of traffic generation will also help in your internet marketing efforts to make money online.

Article marketing should be one of the first things that you should do once you get your site live.
People just need to be aware that this is not instant traffic, but it is traffic that will build over time. It may take some time for you to see the results from this and for that reason a lot of people may shy away from it.
Once you get your articles in place then you can move on to other traffic sources.

Two important things to remember are that articles bring traffic in long-term, so don’t link them to products that may disappear quickly. Often it’s better to build a resource page on your site that links to various current products, then link to that since you can update that page whenever necessary.
Secondly, be sure every page you link to from your Authors Resource Box has an opt-in form on it so the reader can join your list to get your e-zine. They read your first article and took acton – they clicked through to your site. Now get them to take action again by joining your list while they’re still in active mode.
